  Guy seemed nice, though, tbh one red flag for me was when he started asking to be made administrator of the estate in my stead and wanted to cosign with me on everything (I honestly don't know this guy from adam, and I'm not about to let him have control over the entire estate). Another red flag for me was that most of the people leaving reviews for him only have one review tied to their account.
  
  But, like I said, he seems like a nice guy. I would just advise you to use caution and think about what he's asking before just agreeing to it.
