  Love this place having tried other "budget / discount" rental places that put you in a death trap on wheels. They just re-opened at a new location with a newly acquired fleet of cars. All the compact rentals I've gotten were all brand new cars. They also provide free pickup service and returns are $5 (might vary on your location, I'm not too far away). Can't comment as far as any insurance claim issues since I don't rent under those circumstances.
  
  Only complaint is that all the cars are non-smoking but I can live with that given the great prices and reliability of their economy rentals plus the pickup & return service.
