  Came to the store to look at phones as I was considering trading in my phone. Romeo took the time to explain the features on the phones I was looking at and helped me make a well informed decision, he is super savvy!! Romeo provided the best customer service and has the most pleasant personality!!! I asked a ton of questions and he never rushed me and took the time to answer every single one of them. It's always a pleasure to walk in to a store where you feel welcomed and Romeo definitely did that. I will return to this store as long as Romeo is the one that helps me out.
  I've been in the store a few times and the same can not be said for the other young man (I believe his name is Fernando) that works there, if you are going to work in the service industry the way you greet and treat customers makes the difference in them returning or recommending your store to others.
