  My experience overall was a good one. The employees at Toyota were professional friendly and very knowledge. The only thing that I took issue with was the cost of changing out a 12v battery.
  
  I understand by going to a Toyota dealership it's not going to be cheap. However, charging a "valued" customer $147 for a 30 minute job is excessive. Especially, when the battery has probably been marked up 100%. That being said, it doesn't mean I wouldn't go back to them. It just means that I'm going to be a little more selective on the types of maintance issues that I go to them with.
